We want Avorily orders to feel clear and dependable. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return instructions.
Return window
If you change your mind, contact us at acewang377@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should then be returned without unnecessary delay once return instructions are confirmed.
Return condition
Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. We may not be able to accept a return if an item has been used, damaged after delivery or returned without prior contact.
Hygiene-sensitive items
Used toiletry, makeup or personal-care storage items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and help with a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.

Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs may be the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
