Returns & Refunds Policy

Avorily offers a 30-day return policy for eligible unused items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with any original tags, accessories, instructions and original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For pet hygiene and safety, used items, washed items, damaged items caused by misuse, and items missing original packaging or accessories might not be eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact Avorily at acewang377@gmail.com before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item name and the reason for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Avorily states otherwise in writing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include photos and your order number. If the issue is approved, Avorily will help with a replacement, refund or return instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider can take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that apply in your location.
