How fulfilment works

Avorily curates compact travel and small-space organisers through our Shopify store. Orders may be fulfilled by connected supply partners, including CJ-connected fulfilment where applicable. Avorily manages the storefront, product selection, customer communication and order support.

Returns at a glance

Reason What to do Timing
Changed your mind Email us before sending anything back. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or faulty item Email your order number and clear photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Wrong item received Email your order number and a photo of the item received. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return condition

Items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging. Used toiletry, makeup or personal-care storage items may not be returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
