The Wet Walk Routine

A simple rinse, dry and contain routine for the doorstep.

A wet walk does not need to turn the hallway into a scramble. Keep the same three steps beside the door so everybody knows what happens next: rinse surface mud, dry with control and contain damp walking gear until it can be unpacked.

Prepare the landing spot

Set out clean water, a Paw Rinse Cup, a clean towel and an open Wet Walk Bag before you leave. Keep the area clear enough for your dog to stand without slipping or feeling crowded.

1. Rinse one paw at a time

Add clean water to the cup. Guide one paw through the silicone insert, move the cup gently, then lift the paw clear. Do not use the cup on injured or irritated paws, and stop if your dog shows distress.

2. Dry with both hands in control

3. Keep damp gear together

Place the damp towel or other wet-walk gear in the dedicated bag until you can unpack it. The bag is for damp gear, not liquid storage.

Reset for the next walk

A calmer doorstep reset

  1. Rinse

    Rinse muddy paws with the selected rinse component, following its product instructions.

  2. Dry

    Slide both hands into the two pockets on one towel, then dry each paw.

  3. Contain

    Keep damp essentials together in the selected walk bag until they can be cleaned and dried.
