Shipping Policy

Avorily is a UK-based pet care store. Delivery availability, local prices, taxes and the final shipping charge are confirmed at Shopify checkout before payment.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times can vary with product availability, order volume and UK public holidays.

Estimated UK delivery

Estimated UK delivery is usually 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

UK shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping is £2.99. Priority tracked shipping is £5.99. Eligible UK orders over £35 can select free standard tracked shipping. The checkout result is the final rate for the order.

International shipping

Avorily accepts orders only for destinations made available at checkout. Current configured base rates are £3.99 for the United States, £3.99 for EU destinations, £4.99 for selected international destinations and £6.99 for the remaining supported Global Standard zone. Shopify can present supported local currencies using its current conversion and rounding rules. The exact local-currency amount and destination availability are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for the selected service, tracking details are shared after dispatch. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact Avorily as soon as possible at acewang377@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing.

Delayed parcels

If an order has not arrived within the delivery estimate shown for the order, contact Avorily with the order number and delivery postcode so we can review available tracking information and help with the next step.
