Avorily is a UK-facing small-space and travel organisation brand. Orders are processed through our Shopify store and fulfilled by connected supply partners, including CJ-connected fulfilment where applicable.

Processing time

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing can vary by item, variant, supplier availability and destination.

Estimated delivery

Estimated UK delivery is typically 7-15 business days after dispatch. International delivery, where available at checkout, may take around 8-20+ business days depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment. Available shipping destinations are based on the products in the cart and the delivery address entered at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs and import charges

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
