Avorily ships compact travel and small-space organisation products to selected destinations shown at checkout. Final shipping options and costs are shown before payment.

Fulfilment partners
Some Avorily items are fulfilled through connected supply partners, including CJ-connected fulfilment where applicable. Avorily manages the storefront, product selection, customer communication and order support, while fulfilment partners may prepare and ship selected items.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Customs and import charges
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at acewang377@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing.
Delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email us with your order number and delivery postcode. We will review the tracking information available and help with the next step.
